Seen a lot of Horror Movies since childhood and the result is,
I cannot sleep with my room door open or in complete dark. If I am alone at home, I will leave the lights on during nights.
So stopped watching those years ago, even though I still love to experience the thrills.
Torture and Psycho movies are fine with me but those with super natural elements are the problem. 
They come to thoughts exactly when I am about to sleep in nights.
Haha. Yes that happens with many. Luckily , i am not into that. I feel the thrills till i watch & after that i m completely normal.
