Need Help With Pixel Play Credit Card

I got approval of the Pixel Play Credit Card on 11/09/24 , But after that I was able to only the Last 4 digits of my card , If I click on the card details then It shows me Choose Card (Image Attached Below).
After 15 Days I raised a complaint on Payzapp App to Give Me Physical Card, After 10-12 Days , I received the Physical Card.
But Till then I'm Unable to View Card Details from Payzapp (Same Problem as Mentioned)
4-5 Days ago My card details on Payzapp app got removed , And also unable to Add card details Manually.
I have tried to connect with the team Multiple times, but they don't have any Contact number or email id. I raised a Complaint via HDFC card(My Cards) .
"This card is Inaccessible from anywhere else except Payzapp"
I also made a swipe transaction of Rs:2 on cred.( This would not lead to card closure)
Kindly resolve the issue and Suggest me something to solve the issue.

Sab try kar liya.. Wo card reject ho jata hai.. Aur Cibil pe show hota hai extra .. Any solution??
