Please check and let me know what to do, as I have income from Salary and holding some crypto currency

You have filed your income-tax return in form ITR-1. As per TDS details in your Form 26AS, taxes have been deducted under sections 194IA/194IC/194M/194S/194C/194B/194BB/194BA, etc. of the Income-tax Act, 1961. These sections are reflected as (4IA/4IC/94M/94S/94C/94B/4BB/4BA) in Form 26AS.

since you mentioned crypto its definitely not ITR1, it should be ITR2 if individual/capital gains and ITR3 if its business income/gain

if you have invested but not sold so far means should be fine as its 30% for gain and 0% for loss (this loss can't be offset against any loss like in shares/property), what all TDS are appearing in Form26AS? as the message says TDS is already deducted and you need to show those income details in ITR

Should I re--submitted with ITR2 as earlier i submitted with ITR1 which was defective,
