need help with flipkart mobile number change

so i have my old mobile number set to my old sflipart account ,i want to use it to buy some stuff from them ,but they sending otp to both numbers,i closed that sims years ago ,is there any way to get my mobile number changed to new number?i have access to me email which i have with flipkart

You can change to a number which is not previously registered on flipkart. But this shift is most probably irreversible, not possible going back to the previous number. I wanted to change my number but didn’t perform and I'm stick to the old number (which is also active).

You are asking for something without telling what you have done till now. It might lead to.overlap.
Suppose i say, talk to the account security team and inform them that the said number is no longer with you and they should replace it with the other
then you might say, oh i did contact them
so first one has to know where to begin.

Flipkart is very bad in this mobile number change system. Mostly it won't work. You have to use your current number only
