Need Help to File Complaint with National Consumer Helpline for GPay Cashback Issue

Hi everyone,

I need some guidance on filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) regarding an issue with Google Pay.

On 22nd October, I purchased an Amazon voucher through GPay, which was eligible for a cashback offer. Despite fulfilling all the terms and conditions, I haven’t received the cashback. I raised multiple complaints with GPay and even escalated the issue to the Nodal Officer (Level 3). Unfortunately, they are still not resolving the issue and seem unwilling to help.

I’m planning to take this matter to NCH now and need your help with the process. Can anyone guide me on:

1. How to file a complaint with NCH?

2. What all documents or proof should I attach (like screenshots of transactions, offer terms, etc.)?

3. How much time does it usually take for NCH to respond?

4. Any tips to make my complaint stronger?

I would really appreciate any advice or steps based on your experience. Thanks in advance!

If its more than 1 month and its related to financials, i think you can file compliant with rbi.

lettercount.com shows about 969 characters in your post and you seem reasonably qualified, aware of things,
hence (i am) skipping the first question.
[y querying chatbots, search sites, byoutube.. in much less than 969 characters, you could directly get to.MUCH better guidance (than me)].

Plain paper draft/summary (for off-line) or a usual cover letter (for on-line) too is enough, so long as it covers the salient points and also the expected remedy.

One has to be aware of all the counterparties and put down the details of the main ones (companies, persons) which can be shown as the counterparties, in the official records.

Proofs: usually need to be something more concrete than abstract images.

The other side OR EVEN THE court itself can question the veracity of the images (screengrabs).

Any current or past links of any offer, any correspondence or publicly shared literature, advertisements, articles or news stories in reputed, credible media sources could for annexures, if need be.

Also redacting the answer I typed for question 3.
First let me see how things are shaping up.
