use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=c... this app. connect vpn while on jio stay on it. see if the problem persists. if not then disconnect and use with jio network

Not experiencing such issue with Jio 5G.

Clear Cache and try... Every thing will work properly. Same happens with me sometimes and I just follow this.

It has nothing to do with jio or any particular phone. It's telegram's own issue happening since very long time. No way u can resolve it permanently.

Is the issue only with jio fiber/jio air fiber/jio 4g/5g or with other wired broadband/4g networks too?

This issue arises mostly when using Jio 4G. Uncommon if using Jio 5G. Using a VPN is a sure remedy. No such issue in case of Vi 4G. Interestingly this issue doesn't seem to afflict Telegram Web.
