Need help regarding Flipkart cancelling order twice for same item

I placed an order on Flipkart on January 6, but the seller cancelled it on January 7, citing "unexpected issue." When I contacted Flipkart support team, they advised me to reorder again.
On January 8, I received a WhatsApp message from Flipkart customer support, assuring me that if I placed the order again within 10 days, I would receive a ₹250 Flipkart Gift Card after delivery. Based on this, I placed the order again on January 8. However, today (January 9), the seller cancelled this order as well, citing the same reason.
i contacted Flipkart customer support they are not taking any action on seller for putting fake listing they are telling same reorder same item I complaint them on twitter dm they responded once saying they have taken feedback of my issue and told it won't happen again and they stopped responding to me on twitter after that I think they soft block muted me on twitter as they are ignoring my tweet and dms so what should I do why is Flipkart not taking action on seller he cancelled my order 2 times.

Flipkart did the same to me 3 times in a row for the same product and I moved to Amazon.
2 days ago my order was cancelled abruptly and they're offering only Rs. 50 worth GC if I order within 10 days. My order value was Rs. 1,043 ... what was your order value that they're offering Rs. 250 worth GC ??
