did 2 1100 and 2400 transaction today, one online at airtel app and one in army csd offline, tried to reset cc pin because i forget it lol,otp didn't come at that time ,is this those otp or card is compromised ?

This isn't the first time that Axis is sending random OTPs for nothing, it keeps on happening for years now. To be on the safer side, disable the CC until the next time you need to use it.
And I've tried raising such issues to the customer care thrice over the last few years, but nothing ever happens. So don't even bother.
,set limit to 1 ruppe now and disable offline and online transaction
