Need help on RTGS

Either bank didn't initiate it or the details were wrong, in that case it should have been credited back to your account.

Only your bank can help, tomo being a working day for banks, they will only be able to give the exact reason. RTGS shouldn't take more than 5 min to reflect. If done via branch, they batch few transactions and do it at their liberty hence it can take 1-2 hours.

Check with your bank tomorrow, something I'd wrong. If it's debited, then it should have got credited to the beneficiary or returned to your account in max 4 hours, they can't keep it pending as it's automated once initiated and debited

Is it RTGS? or they did NEFT by mistake

U should have waited in branch and settled there itself RTGS hardly takes 3-4mins

Visit branch and inquire physically next working day if still not credited...

RTGS is not always instant in reality. NEFT is more reliable than RTGS. In your case the problem most likely is receiver bank. Wait for some time or you will get refund
