(Need Help) LED Strip lights for home

Im new to using LED striplights.

planning on using them in bathroom borders and also false ceiling. please let me know what are the points to look for before buying them.

In amazon and flipkart almost all striplights are of similar size (5 metres) but my bathroom border is almost 10 meters.
so please suggest brand and the items which are required to make them work.
