Need help/info regarding HDFC emi cancellation

I have called HDFC customer care and they said emi txn done on fk only be pre close not cancel. And charge will be 137.80+gst.
I have heard only 35 rs will be deducted and it cancel but they said it can cancel only via merchant here fk.
Anyone here who knows about it?

On MyCards it’s showing no linked emis under my credit card, is it because it’s been less than 48 hr since I made that transaction?

Just pay all your outstanding balance ...make your dues zero ...sbi won't convert it into emi as no due is there (not personally verified, read on someone's post)

Go to hdfc my cards link and pre close it your self ... Process fee of 299 gets reversed... You need to pay GST + little interest around 60-70 now ... Not 35 as hdfc increased processing fee from 199 to 299
