Would someone help me in finding a good app to track my house construction expenses, will there be any possibility to add any plugin into whatsapp to do the same?

Thanks for the idea. well, The expenses will be shared among three people. was expecting an app like ' splitwise ' to note all the expenses as soon as one spends on anything, as a phone is always handy and can expense can be added immediately

Make a Google form? You'll be easily be able to attach pictures

I've been using this app last 3 years for my construction projects adding all the partners letting them know all the expenses for transparency. Also, gives all the summary and report anytime you want.

Use a book. Capture all bills & all payments on your phone (like taking photos, adding to Google keep/sheets etc) but make sure to write down the spends at the end of the day in a book. Advantage - you will review the data every time you write into the book.
Important: keep bills of all spends in a file or better still, scan and keep.
