It has nothing to do with the tyre size as stated in a few comments. Frame size is of prime importance. Check on the decathlon play app you'll see photo descriptions on the product page for the right size by height. Coming on to your weight: their store support would guide you whether to choose a Metal frame, an Alloy or a Carbon frame. Although I'd suggest a metal frame for you!
