Need help! how to deal with ecom express courier?

Ecom express is one of the worst courier I’ve ever come across. They’ve pathetic complaint resolving policy, you don’t even get a complaint/reference number for your complaint which is ridiculous!
1)Unfortunately all my paytm orders were shipped via ecom express courier,
So, after the product reached the destination city, the destination office people just updates the status as out for delivery >(after few minutes) >consignee requested for future delivery >one day pause then same cycle repeats, then the order gets returned! 
This time all my 3 orders got returned like this. Paytm doesn’t help (other than giving me refund),
2)Bad luck is that Four of my amazon orders shipped via ecom express! So this time what they did was returned to bangalore hub, from Bengaluru it comes back again to destination city & THE CYCLE REPEATS 7 times!
I’ve contacted ecom on call but no avail, they gave area supervisor contact number, No help upon contacting him too.. Complained on amazon about THIRTEEN times no avail (they’re offering refund though)
Any higher authority contacts of ecom express anyone has?? Pls pm me

This is the first time my orders are shipped via ecom, I used to get my orders via IP/BlueDart /dtdc/FedEx & gati courier previously.
Somehow I collected the delivery person contact number but he says he will get it tomorrow but that never comes!
& thanks for your opinion. Am happy with your experience with ecom in your area 
Mail ecom with your concern .. or talk in local ecom office of ur area … or you can visit there office too…

I emailed them 6 days ago no reply yet, sent a remainder a day before. no reply for that too! Am wondering if anyone reads them?
Contact your local office and collect urself ubget surely
Yeah, thinking of this.. But that office is abt 30Kms from my place and I am working on how to bring multiple boxes from 30Kms..

May be this is the reason … ur house is situated 30 km away and couier boy hardly get Rs 15 per box delivery but petrol n bike is also not separated so may be couier boy is skipping your parcel as he will be in loss … may be if you ask them real problem than … you will get some mid way

Abof is shipping my orders through ecom. Order gets delivered within 24hrs from the time I ordered. No issues till date
Aisa ho Jata hai kabi kabi.Mera bhi pending me dal diya tha ak Order.. Contact Ecom headoffice thru email… In my case they called me and Arrange urgent delivery.

I do not know how bad Ecom Express can be, but I know Ecom Express tracking service really sucks.

Once the order is shipped, you can’t change the delivery address.. Contact cc&see if any help. Or if the new address is in same city, then try to get contact number of delivery executive (or your area ecom office) from ecom cc.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience.
Even most of my orders are shipped via Ecom (Amazon-Paytm) But Never Faced Such Situation.
Recently One Of My SD Order Came On 24th December,But My Area Ecom Delivery Boy Was On Holiday(Which I Came To It Later On) So They Updated As Out For Delivery And Then Later On Mentioned It As Consignee Requested For Future Delivery.
Then After Seeing The Updated Tacking Details , I Called To That Ecom Delivery Boy,He Immediately Apologized For The Issue (Which Was Not His Fault Though) And Said He Will Delivery On 26th Dec As 25th Dec Was Holiday.
And He Delivered As It On 26th As He Promised Me.
Rest Of The Time Never Face Any Issue With Them.
Moral Of The Story – Always Keep The Delivery Boy’s Number Who Regularly Delivers To You And Most Important Be Friendly With Them So That They Never Forget Your Name/Address (Helpfull During Loot When You Order Multiple Times With Different Address )
