not related to your query but from next time you can try Amazon Friday Rupay offer as if your bill is Rs 818 then you get 100Rs off and same is 81Rs CB via Airtel Axis but yeah this is CC so you have 15-45days to settle

coming to your query, I stopped using Airtel Axis for non-Airtel bill payments as I had weird issues as it was showing 1) In progress like yours and got failed after 3-4 days 2) First point was way better than this as it said success and amount debited but not reflecting in biller's side and then after 4 days it was showing as Failed transaction 😡
