So I've ordered bajaj hair oil from Flipkart grocery on cod ( 10pcs ) the delivery person marked it as delivered on raising complaint the customer care told me to order a fresh order

They don't take OTP, so major drawback exists.
As it's open box he saw product & cost of cod order & took advantage.
Even some third party delivery services show what product customer has ordered from what brand . That should never happen.

Very clever scam.
If op had opted online payment & he marked delivered without delivering then it would raise a suspicion of complaint on delivery guy but in COD since no Loss to Flopkart as delivery guy will pay it himself.
