My friend had recently shifted from one city to another, and he had transported all his household items via shribalajipackersmovers.com but unfortunately all his items had been damaged during transit and no help is being provided by the company.
Is there anything which can be done or anyone has the owner email or mobile number

Complaint to consumer forum. If he had recorded the old conditions of items. As these company take insurance money whole booking but later didn't help. So just tell him to complaint to national consumer forum with all details.

The RoC website/ data has the list if directors, but with this name or similar, different companies in different regions are there.
At first, within Nikaner.. should try to figure out from the watchman or other helpful staff.. as to who are the most considerate people or top bosses there (locally).
Maybe if they deny any help or proper help then send e-mail or Registered A.D. (India Post) legal letter, stating your grievance, remedy sought, intentions (like approaching consumer grievance forum) if remedy not given.
A lot would depend on the contract of carriage itself. The terms and conditions on which the cargo was contracted to be transported.
Insurance, if any was included, would still have to be claimed separately. Checking the contract with respect to the liability of the carrier will determine whether they will pay anything else apart from cost of carriage undertaken.

That's sad. Looks like it's done intentionally .
To avoid this kind of horror, always pay little more and choose Well knows movers. Or, your own city local company.
