I had bought a Faber chimney. A week after installation it stopped working. Next day I filed a complaint, they told that the problem will be resolved within 48hrs. It's been a month but they haven't resolved my issue. No one from the company side visited to resolve the issue. I have mailed and called them regularly but they only keep saying it'll be resolved.
Now, What should I do? (Apart from tagging them and doing BC, MC on social media)
