Hi, I need Flipkart VIP membership. I live in tier 2 city and it is not available here. Is there any other way to subscribe to it? I tried changing addresses to metro city but no luck.

There is no such way to get vip membership directly.
However, sharing few experiences..
wasn't showing in one account where only mobile number was provided in FK acc.. after verification of email, I got the option to take VIP in Plus Zone Section.
.
In second account, orders were placed not frequently, so..got that option via link (now disabled).
.
Suggestions: try to claim in less used account with mob+mail verified
