Hisense U6G. IMO nothing beats this TV in the under 80k bracket atleast. Service and Long Term reliability is still debatable for Hisense but I have been enjoying this TV for the last 10 months with 0 issues.

getting this one for 73k, is it worth?
samsung frame will be good.
The experience is really different when there are 10 different oleds in front of you, thus I recommend visiting any nearby multi store to see the video quality (atleast it was for me). My recommendations are SONY & LG
~ 50k - HiSense QLED TVs are more VFM. The newer launch (U7H) seems good but they did cost cutting with Indian lunch (Brightness is only 450nits and this must be pear HDR) .. + offers 120Hz and HDMI 2.1/eARC compared to U6G but it is IPS panel (U6G got VA) and for a limited period, hisense is offering 3 year warranty for select TVs. You can also check QLED models from Mi, TCL/iFFalcon but prefer OEMs only
VU does only TV assembly (Some times rebranded TVs from other OEMs like Hisense) but overall the'r product quality and service is Good. Their Masterpiece Glo QLED series (55QMP) got 120Hz display with 800nits brightness (Probably the best any TV offers <75k).. very good if you're planning to use it in well-lit environment + the TV looks very premium too
Sony, LG budget TVs are way too over-priced (compared to the quality of the product/features they offer). It is the same case with Samsung but for ~70k you can get Frame QLED series (much better than budget crystal series) but still falls short in terms of peak brightness (~500 max)
About OLED TVs, the cheapest available option is Xiaomi 55" OLED Vision @ 90k (AFAIK it uses OLED panel from LG). The next best if LG A2 @ 1L. I couldn't find any info related to brightness on Xiaomi TV but LG A2 got okay peak brightness levels (<400 nits SDR and ~500 HDR). Performance wise.. Mi TV is obviously better + faster w.r.t OS (A73 chip, 3GB RAM + 32GB Storage). And unlike OLED phones and laptops, the risk of screen burn-in with TVs is a lot more higher (People prefer to watch the video content @ max brightness and during day times it feels like a must). Even with all the care (Prevention tech like Screen shift. Pixel refresher [works only in standby mode) + other adjustments].. there is still a risk of developing screen burn-in with long term use
PS: Personally feel IPS screens (<75k) are inferior compared to the VA panels (A lot of premium TVs from Sony & Samsung prefer VA panels over IPS). They offer much lesser contrast and the colors don't usually look great. For smaller rooms, slight deterioration in viewing angles shouldn't be an issue (Using a VA QLED TV myself and never felt the viewing angles are good. So.. make a visit to nearby store and make the purchase decision accordingly (Samsung Frame 2022 does have VA panel)
+ Top brands offer better services (spares + repair) within warranty period, the only difference between them & other cheaper chinese alternatives (+ May be accurate colors & upscaling algorithm but the difference isn't substantial). Those days of Popular branded TVs running for years/decades ended with CRTs.. now the life expectancy is very much unpredictable even with super high end options
If you are alright with a small reduction in screen size & not going to watch TV in a brightly lit room then there is this option:

Burn-in is an issue with OLED but if you don't watch much DTH then it is manageable & if this TV lasts 4-5 years even without burn-in issue then consider your money's worth fulfilled.
Thank you guys for all your suggestions, finally bought Hisense 55U6G at effective price of 38k
IPS panels have wide viewing angles but low brightness and higher response times while VA panels have much higher brightness and lower response times but narrow viewing angles. If you can compromise on viewing angle then VA panels are better in my opinion.
OLEDs are much better than QLEDs in picture quality but as per my research there are issues related to Screen Burn in with OLEDs.
We bought LG 108 cms (43 inches) 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV 43UM7780PTA for 40k - https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B07W...SF on Oct 2020 and it was working fine so far and on Sept 30th it suddenly stopped working. Registered complaint and next day LG person came. He said if its motherboard issue then 8k, if panel issue it would cost 20k. Luckily I had read that this TV had 1y comprehensive + 1y extra warranty. He said extra warranty is only on the panel. Opened the TV and then he said issue is with the panel and we would need to pay 1k service charge and panel would be free. LG person came this week and installed the new panel. If the panel would have died even a week later, it might have cost us 20k. We had purchased this TV from tatacliq and they had given extended warranty of one year but not sure if it would have helped cover the 20k.
which is the best tv for only straight viewing in a room. My room can be brightly lit up as well. but i prefer to watch only movies and ott stuff while lights off. suggest model & brand in 55 inch
