Need assistance in claiming refund and compensation - makemytrip

Hello All,

I had booked a train ticket last year in march 2023. ticket was RAC status. Unfortunately I couldn't travel and I requested TDR. So this usually takes 60-70 days officially. After this IRCTC processed refund but till now makemytrip didn't provide any refund. So now I have contacted makemytrip , they are ready to provide refund but not compensation ( They are telling we will first issue refund then later we can discuss for compensention) . I have already opened ticket in National consumer helpline last week.

What should I do? any feedback? (Amount is around Rs. 340 )
