Navi app fraudster

4 November I do fastag recharge with my axis credit card on Navi app, but recharge not success and money deducted, navi said they refund is successfull but bank says nothing received, even Navi not provide refund RRN number, no customer support, only system generate mail typical 5-7 days reflected, they are fraudster, how we get compensation with refund

raise chargeback via axis, if it was bbps then take the bbps id from the app and complaint to bbps.
also forward your navi complaint mail to official mails of the ceo's , customer manager etc you can find the mail handle on Google.
