may be a bug.

1. Update app
2. Uninstall and reinstall app again
3. check on website. if same thing appearing them contact CC

I encountered it last night and initially I also thought its a bug and thought it will be solved till morning.
since its still showing same.
and considering myntra's reputation of blocking account i got little worried.
