Myntra is cheating me

Hi friends, I had ordered a guess watch from Myntra worth 7500. I did not like it hence requested for return.
The pick up guy came, took the product and went back.
Next day I see the status as return on hold, reason - tag missing
:(
Now item is with them, money is also with them and when I spoke with customer support, they are saying that as per logistics team, item is not picked up hence closing the incident.
I even escalated to their supervisor in escalation team. He is now asking me if have any proof that I have given the item to him ?i was like wtf!!!
Guys who on earth thinks I have to collect proof? Usually Myntra never gives any acknowledgement slip not sends SMS saying item is picked up right?
now what should I submit the proof as?? What should I do now?

Nothing happened, they close the case as company responded.
not sure if still "I don't like the product and hence returning" are accepted and since FK/Myntra are the same I guess they are screwing you 😌
Keep raising tickets. If you did not receive a refund, you will have to move consumer court
For Myntra and flipkart only one thing works that is consumer complaint.
