all our executives are busy please call us but there is no option in the IVR to speak with customer care
I had this problem with weaverz bedsheet.
1. First cancel your return
2. On the chat keep selecting options and use yes to continue your chat with robo( i literally mean it) until you get "Another query". There you type tags missing
3. You get a agent chat or call option.
4. If you get agent chat tell them the problem and they rasise the complaint which will be visible after in the help center
5. Wait till complaint is resolved and then raise return request.
Complaint resolution time 2-3 working days.
If you encounter noob cc personnel like me it takes longer time.
Any doubt during call or chat ask them to connect to seniors, otherwise it takes eternity to return.
Same issue I faced 2-3 times with myntra. They don't check the products before shipping whether it has labels or not and later they become too sensitive about the tags.
And their resolution within 48 hours never gets completed even after 20 days of lodging the complaint on call and through email.
Raise this concern via chat. Very common problem. They will surely help.
