I have ordered livon hair serum from myntra and they sent damaged product to me… now they are refusing return as well. Even tried their twitter handle to complaint. Since it was a low cost product I haven’t created unboxing video
I am heavy user of myntra with very less returns but this case has frightened me to order from myntra.
any other way to escalate issue with them?
Never order from Myntra bro take it as a lesson ,u can include shitcard is this too ,I just returned HDMI cable to Amazon due to I ordered wrong size they returned money and told me use or dispose item and there no need to return

For me.. they not even initiating returns:
reponse: I looked in to the details and see that this product was served from the fresh lot and there was no defect reported during the quality check. A defective product becomes non sellable for Myntra and since this was a fresh product, I regret to inform that we would not be able to accept the request at this point.
These days myntra won't listen....... Be it anybody mistake.......
I stopped ordering from.myntra for same reason.. i order 5 deos and rcvd only 4 and they refused to suppprt.om the same. Again.i was Elite user at that time.. hence lesson learnt snd stopped ordering

i ordered shoes from myntra and they asked for return, and they accepted it online. Delivery guy was supposed to pick it up next day but no one came , and then later i get to know the guy put my order in quality issue and my return went to hold.
How quality issue when no one came to pick it up?? , now i have put in a request and myntra isn't even replying from last 5 days even though they said they will reply in 48 hours.
Any other way to complaint about them to anywhere? It’s frustrating to see myntra behaving this type and letting them win 😣
Received reply on consumer helpline.. is there anything more possible?
we have re-evaluated the case on your request. Upon reviewing the details again we identified no error in our previous decision and see that the claim for the return of the product is declined based on the following reasons: - The product passed a stringent quality check before being packed. - The product was delivered to you in a sealed tamper-proof packet. - There is no other point in the journey before the packet reaches you where it can be repacked. - No tampering to the package was reported.
