Few months back my fk account was hacked with 5k balance. Fortunately mobile number wasn't changed.

I have cancelled all orders and placed flipkart quick order with all credits and changed password.

Recently last week  myntra account was logged in by someone from Ahmedabad, I didn't have any credits so nothing was done. Changed my password now 

Someone logged into my account yesterday, 2 of them

Ip is from bhubaneswar.

Not sure what's going on. 

4 months back someone hacked account and used all coins,

i asked for help

they did nothing 😬

This is why it is never a good idea to have any large amt of credit/gv balance/pay later type scheme in any site that does not require 2FA. Amazon has the option to enable 2FA for login but not myntra/fk.

RIP To those who have GV in there account and also some wallet linked account to these websites😄

last year, I received security notifications from both ROBOFORM and McAfee that a few of my login and password is available in the public domain ..... 

I immediately changed the password using Roboform password generator ...

Further, once you try to redeem Myntra Credits or FK Gift card.. it will be authenticated through OTP ... 

I hope the same applies for changing your mobile and e-mail address...

Man this is getting serious so many account hacked in last few days what the hell is fk doing. 

Well now I have my fk axis credit card in that account one can access my card details easily if they have an otp access anyone knows how to remove that from my account.

Everyday accounts are being sold on telegram by offering 25-50% discounts. Even most of my friends received login from unauthorised ip address but their account were empty. 

You can opt for additional security measures but stop using same email id/mobile + password combo for multiple websites. I get it, its convenient but a data breach from a single website (reputed/non-reputed) can make your other accounts compromised, which is the most likely case here. I have accounts on hundreds of websites but never received such unauthorized login mails/sms from any portal (Password, userIDs are different for all of them). Hackers always find ways to skip additional authentication via redundant app version but they cannot bypass the initial login (Password/OTP) unless your email also got compromised

+ In the case of FK, there's a loophole to redeem GVs without OTP authentication.. May be it is still active (+ For Myntra)

800₹(refund amount) gone, but that was few years ago,.. after that no money load in ecommerce wallets.. May be 1-2rs leftover for a pleasant surprise to hacker.

The common apps which we use hv lot of permissions, even AU banking app was asking consent to monitor background activity (incl.  apps installed, usage, storage access) for some credit risk profiling which according to them they'll share with third party. Of course I read t&c & disagree. Another gaming app was asking location/sms read write, telephone, storage permission upon first launch=>immediately uninstalled it! 

But how to be 100%sure that they're actually not doing it & honoring customer wish of not being tracked?? There's no way to be sure I suppose.. 

So only install apps which are needed & trusted. 

Ecom has seen a boom in customers.  for them it's like 1 customer among millions. For us, it's a considerable amount of money which is lost. Govt. is busy in acche din, digitalised everything, including your fingerprints/retina scan is available online via Adhaar.. 

Only thing to do is minimise usage sadly.. 

I have received 5 mail and after that log out from every device and new password is done - Huge Breach

8 months back, some one hacked my flipkart account and used my wallet money , flipkart is worst in solving customer issues

I experienced similar issue, my account got hacked on 21st of April and hacker placed a order for a watch to some street address . When I was unable to login to my myntra ac, I reported to cc on 22nd while the order was in transit and came to know about unauthorized order.Pathetic myntra still did not cancelled that order and delivered it next day. I have already reported this issue on social media platforms and now waiting for support from escalation team. 

I had around 6000 balance in my account.I did not get any notification on phone and email change and only came to know when I was unable to login. I suspect internal faul play. 

Came to know that fraudster has changed my mobile no and email. 

Any hopes on recovering my balance back? will myntra refund? 

Any dimers with past experience kindly DM me if you can help here and things that I should act on. 

I will also need escalation Twitter ID's which can be tagged and will be helpful in faster resolution.

The whole support team is careless without any power to cancel or hold order. 

In my case i placed another cod order from another account to scammers address and directly requested delivery uncle to pls ask for aadhar card and show house no. before handling over order since it is a fraud order. He did same then scammers refused too take delivery and hence i got some extra time and reported escalation team to freeze my account untill issue get resolved and later i provided them my pan card and few answers to verify ownership of that account like previous order address n pin or name n product details. 

In my case i saved my 10k after getting completely involved in recovering money at any cost. 

The whole support team is very lazy..

I don't think that they will help u since the order is already delivered but i will suggest you to lodge complaint on few gov portals 

Can someone help with names of Gov portal who can help and support.
