There are many reasons for deactivation, but some of most reasons which is beyond its terms and conditions. Listen once it deactivated you can't do any things, they neither explained you easily why they deactivated.
after deactivation its never reopen or activate, from several escalations to several ways, but nothing will be done. and never open new account by same number.
myn-Credit will be forfeited, any ongoing order can't Refunded,
(as of my many myntra account suffered from, but you can be carefull)
• just 2 Returns/Replacement within 6 month
• more than 5 refer in a month, even its refferal cash will not be credit but for just somebody tried your refer code. (in this case account will be deactivated after 2 month)
• using two account in same device or same number for delivery in other accounts.
• using mostly affiliate link for ordering
• using system bug for orders
• ordering when price bug
• deleting account and create again within just 6 month
• bulk ordering in a month
• partial/full order cancelation
• any disruptive practice

just go to twitter and search myntra account deactivated, you find nearly 1000s of query regarding deactivation, and they all doing what i mentioned here, they suffered alot, i am putting link here https://twitter.com/search?q=myntra%20account%2...
Mine account to get deactivated a week ago, never returned any product, being Insider icon customer, support team cant do much. but they were saying around 5 ruppes were present in credits they will returns after that i send them bank details & ID. i said no i will not provide these only for ruppes 5.
I don't even the reason behind it..
Is there any way to stop automatic cash on delivery orders placement in case of online payment failure? I always have to manually cancel these orders, when I just try to check the final amount. I am not sure if they put these cancellations also against my account.
you can check the final at payment page, and assume after your calculations for payment OFFER, but don't try this, while i am not facing like this, because no any order still placed automatically after payment failed by me.
