My JioAirFiber installation fiasco

With no fiber provider in my area, I was eagerly awaiting JioAirFiber's availability. Last Friday, it finally showed up, and I booked it for ₹1000. When no one showed up as scheduled the next day, I visited their office. They came that afternoon, and I opted for the ₹599 plan with an annual payment for free installation (usually ₹1000). I was promised installation within two days.
By Monday, no one contacted me at the scheduled time, and calls went unanswered. When I finally reached them, they cited issues with my building ID and suggested cancelling (which they do from their end) and rebooking my order. After escalating the problem, the booking agent returned, retook the coordinates, and informed me that I would need to wait for the refund to process before proceeding.
Now, I'm left waiting over a week for the refund to reinitiate the process. And there's no communication via email/SMS about the processing that's happening. Ridiculous! With Jio's tariff hike news, I am also worried about a price hike before I get to book again.

Government yet to decide how to give them spectrum (auction or free allocation). .. so that will take time to come
I fear it could be for the referral benefit they get for the new lead. Though I am not sure.
I expected this hence I asked the guy to install first and then take money next.
He said ok but never showed up
I wonder where are those satellite broadband providers?
