I would like to share my experience with Shopclues. I had a very bad experience with the online shopping app Shopclues. I placed an order of Rs.1500 through technology mediated encounter, i.e. by selecting few products and placing them and paying for the same by card. After few weeks I received the products which was defected so I uploaded a return request to Shopclues but they have not taken any action. So I called up their customer care number (remote encounter) but no one responded the call. I got frustrated and wrote a mail to them (technology mediated encounter) but to my surprise, they didn’t even replied to my mail.
There is lack of gap in this site. There is lack of listening gap for which they can lose a huge number of customers and people may complaint against them in the consumer court. As they don’t responds to the customers so the zone of tolerance of the consumers might go adequate and hence file a complaint against them for which they might face loss afterwards. The service marketing of Shopclues is very poor indeed. My experience with the site was very bad. I would not suggest anyone to buy from such fraud sites!
