My Bajaj Wallet Downgraded from Full KYC

My Bajaj wallet got downgraded from full KYC a few months ago and I really want to upgrade it again but I am not able to do so through the Bajaj app, they are always saying (your wallet as per your details has been downgraded) how can I upgrade it again.? Please help me to do this if anyone knows.

When did you upgrade your wallet to full kyc and how long it kept showing full kyc? is there any major change like name/address change in your CKYC records?
