itni badi badi baatein aur badi badi institutes, colleges ka tou nahin pata.
lekin dadimaa, nanimaa kabhi gymnasium nahin gayin.
woh hamesha sikhati thi ki jab pakshi/birds sou jaayein.. tab sou jaana aur
jab pakshi/chidiya uth jaayein.. tab uth jaana.. is a good habit.
Interestingly even the birds did not go to the gymnasiums.
Dadimaa Nanimaa dono ek ya dou saal hee school gayi hongi.. and got married as teens.
But they understood the concept of circadian rhythm.. better than any of us.
(We are not Jains, this was not about personal beliefs) Both dadimaa nanimaa preferred not to have ANY solids after sundown. Well at-least dadimaa had one extra reason.. that since pre electricity era.. lamps or fire/light attracts hard to see.. small bugs too. Does not feel good to eat food in which the bugs fell.
So yeah.. waking up by dawn and sleeping soon after dusk and not eating after dusk.
Dadimaa at most took milk 'sometimes'.
Dadimaa regularly decided to even skip the evening meal (which was anyway light like porridge/ khichadi).
She would ALWAYS consume a little less than when one would feel full... rather than overeat.
She never fed her sons leftovers.. despite getting widowed at an early age.
Fresh foods.. as far as possible.
While nanimaa would talk if HER nanimaa and her mother.
That if those ladies somehow woke up at 3 or 4 or felt like they have had sleep.. then even in the early hours or 4-5 in the morning.. they would rather do kitchen work.
Infact they preferred those hours when kids, men were not being pesky.
Then.. if body indicated.. they took afternoon siesta for a while.
I religiously follow the diktat to starve a fever, feed a cold.
But i also try to sleep more or get night sleep (2130-2200 hours till dawn).
Nothing.. N O T H I N G can replace night sleep.
One of the studies done on astronauts did find this to be one of the issues for long distance space travel. (Semen can still find its way to the ovum and other things like bowel movements might still work somehow even in zero gravity. But after psychosomatic disorders of being long away from earth.. the other risk was lack of REM sleep in night like conditions.)

same from last 2months. taking mgd3 plus meltonin plus banana. these 3 combo helps a bit

I am also suffering from sleep disorder.
Now will try to minimise it. 😞
