Mumbai Rain

2-3 hours of rain .
Just collection of water due to poor drainage system and what the title goes like ..
" Mumbai still has spirit , not giving up in floods .. blah blah blah. "

Assam is suffering from worst flood in last 3 decades along with Bihar.
The whole northeast is almost cut off from rest of india due to railway and roadways filled with disastrous level of waters.
But as usual rest of India doesn’t cares .
There patriotism awakens only when China threatens India with annexation of Northeast.
