Had bought a motorola washing machine 10kg on August-2023 and it stopped working on 30th July so raised a complaint on 31st July by calling their service centre, and was told will send technician in 48hours.. after 48hours no response i again call they say they weren't able to register the complaint due to technical error again asked for 48hours cut to next 5th August same reason that unable to register complaint citing technical issue.. i dropped a mail on 6th August received the same issue saying wait till 48hours.. and today again when I called they assured that within 48hours they will send someone.. motorola -flipkart-jeeves making fool of it, all this while being in bangalore and about 5kms away from their head office.. I wonder what happens when you buy from tier2-3 city! Also filed a national consumer complaint today will update what they do !

when buying product from not so popular brands (like Motorola is good for mobile not consumer appliances) it is better to check if service center is present in your area or not else buy samsung/lg etc

Motorola is a consumer electronics and telecommunication company owned by Lenovo Group Limited. Motorola has partnered with Flipkart to manufacture, market and distribute their products in India.
Guys, please read all the details before buying stuff from so called 'brands'. Most of these are nothing but licensed products. Which means the brand, in this case Motorola, has nothing to with the product. Its a flipkart 'sourced' product.

So after over a month, finally feels like a win(obviously didn't want the consumer court hassle), it seems the part/replacement isn't available with the company so Flipkart informed,it will pick up the product and will refund the full amount..

So with the machine separately I had bought a Oneassist extended warranty worth 2.6k for 3years.. and now that the Flipkart is picking up the product and refunding but I'm stuck with this extended warranty plan for which Oneassist says we cannot refund the amount as it's not been bought together with the machine in a single Invoice..

There is a reason LGs/Samsung are no1 inspite of higher price..
Even my godrej service center is at top in tier 4 village.
They call in 24 hours and takes only 500 only as service center is approx 30 kilometres away from my house .
Take your washing machine and keep it in front of their main building and put hoardings not to buy it. It will go viral. You will probably get a brand new washing machine then.
