These days 5500mah is the standard and soon 6500mah will be coming under 180g so better to pass this phone as 

1) The battery is only 4310mah and it has 1.5k screen so heavy drain is expected during media consumption

2) Moto for the last 2yrs is struggling with updates and 5yrs OS is way too much as A16 itself i.e. 2 OS updates will be a distant reach for them

3) Even if they manage to give 5 OS updates i.e. A19, am sure phone will not run smooth as it has LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage, atleast could have gone with UFS 3.1 if they are giving 5 OS updates, more than OS updates it would be nice if they can give security updates quarterly at least

4) MD D7300 is what you have in CMF Phone which is 15k and in today's launch - Realme Nazro 70 Turbo which is again 15k with launch offers and same SoC in iqoo Z9s for 20k which has 5500mah 

So with the above points, only the price can save Moto and it has to be below 15k which I doubt will not be so either go with CMF/Narzo for 15k or iQoo Z9s for 20k, however best is to wait for BBD in another 20 days time

I appreciate moto for adding all bands network and all basic features.

No charger in the box. A lot of cost cuttings. If price is around 15k, I will consider buying it(Only for it's Camera).

Ye 13-16k price range me koi accha phone nhi la rhe with IP rating, decent ois camera with decent battery with decent processor, with punch hole display 😇
