Hello Dimers,
2-3 days back, I was paying CC bill and due to transaction failure, money stucked in SBI Unipay.
How to raise a complain at SBI Unipay? I can see only failure transaction with no exact amount. Further, for few successful transaction, it also shows failed transaction.
I have already raised a complaint to bank.

It will get auto refunded no need to worry
if you are worried about transaction failure data, if you are logged in Unipay to pay your card , your email would have failure transaction sent in it from BBPS, check that for transaction details like transaction number.. etc
but mostly it will be refunded automatically usually

Seems entire BBPS is not working.
But small bill payment through Cred is successful. Any alternative besides SBI and Canara?

PS. Refund received after 5-6 days without any complaint made to SBIUNI Pay.
