There is no option at Paytm help and support to describe if the user is not able to pay to the merchant with his wallet balance. The customer care number is busy for 21 mins and after connecting the person Mr. Tosif Raza does not understand the problem and repeatedly ask to submit it on help and support where no such option is available.He cannot understand the problem at all. When asked him to let me speak to his seniors he kept me on hold for 10 mins and then said the seniors were busy and cannot talk to me. He denied that he wont be able to help me in any manner and simply wasted my 45-50 mins. Its better to make transactions from other modes so that the money does not get stuck. I have loaded 3200 INR to pay to two merchants but cannot pay them and the support do not have any option for the same. FYI I have complete my KYC few days back.

World’s worst customer service is paytm. They never understand customers problem. Many times gave negative feedback. But paytm is not at all caring.
