i didn’t get any notification for the expiry

I use most of my supercash frequently and used all this month and also earned supercash this month which is still not expired.
But aise random day kon expire karta koe offer ya supercash, month end like 31st samajta hai buy why 12th sep ?
They should mail if its gonna expiry.

Anyways was not using more than 250 in a month as the Credit card add limit is 5000.

Why they even let 13sc in my account after deducting 2500+ sc

Try to make recharge from Flipkart app via mobikwik, was able to redeem 400 supercash ( Rs 80) even though in mobikwik app the supercash was expired

Lmao I just checked my SC. 190 gone. Typical Mobikwik slimy tactics. They keep removing KYC from my account every year, and I have to re-verify with selfie. Another suspected tactic to exclude users from KYC-only offers I’m sure.

I also realised just now, that in one account 1227 sc expired.
Need to check other accounts.
