Same with me. Waiting for refund for failed transaction on 7 March and 11 March.

My Mobikwik failed transaction amount is more than 1,00,000 Rs. I am waiting….

 My Mobikwik Blue Card transaction on Amazon got failed on 8th March, raised issue ticket in mobikwik. Amazon mentioned it already processed return from their side and Mobikwik saying transaction was successful from their side and not received any refund status from merchant

Same Here Credit Card Bill Payment Transaction Failed 2 Times But Amount Debited From Bank Account…. Worst Platform As OF Now. 10K Stuck ☹️

Same.. Here….. It failed on 9 march… Till date no refund… Phone nunber not working…. Contacted on twitter and gelp…. No response… Such a shame on name of a company… 

Same happened with me too, transaction got failed through amex mobikwik credit card but amount got debited from cc, its been almost 10 days but yet to hear from mobikwik about issue RESOLUTION.

It’s bettee stop using mobikwik services foe timw being or may be PERMANENTLY

i did 2-3 recharge from mobikwik for my bsnl prepaid, amount was 56 everytime, aj tak na paise wapis aaye na benefits credit hue

Guys don’t use mobikwik .. lots of failures happening..and also no resolution for almost a month

Mobikwik takes lot of time for refund. They literally take 10-15 workings days. I had experience with them
