With all these BBPS changes, does anyone know if paying credit card bills (with fullpay code) code from Mobikiwk still working with payment getting posted?

Which way is the fastest for settlement like in hours, earlier i was using paytm and the settlement time was 1-2 hours, but with this new rule , i tried phonepe , it took two days, tried amazon and hdfc bill desk, same timing, so can any1 provide any method for faster settlement...thanks
