MobiKwik - credit card bill not detected

Credit card bill for Axis Bank Ace was generated, even received email and SMS, still MobiKwik hasn't detected bill generation.
Any idea or workaround for this? I paid some bill upfront so that bill amount is Rs. 5,000 only to see the effort getting wasted because MobiKwik decides not to detect the bill for utilizing FULLPAY coupon and earn 1% cashback 😣

@sahil1033 Mobikwik will fetch Credit card bill of select banks like HDFC, ICICI only.

They detect when gmail receive credit card statement.. if some other email.. they don't.. my one acc with Gmail they fetch.. not with my hotmail account.. no option to add my hotmail

it's Gmail only and has detected for same CC last month, how did it not detect this time 😣
