Tried a C-type data cable and one headphone with this brand. Bought from Amazon but didn’t even last 1 month. For clarification my local wire lasted 1 year.
Quality was pathetic but their customer care….
As soon as I wrote negative review on Amazon they started calling me and asked for problem and I told them cable is not working they told your mobile is not compatible, we will change cable, remove negative review but I asked replacement first which never arrived but they kept on calling for removing negative review atleast 3-4 times.
Not gonna buy any product in future from this brand ever.

Oh, products are priced on ‘budget premium’ (Like 1+) range. Reviews are also good. May be you are one of the few who had bad experience.
can u share the review which u posted ?
Have seen a lot of people using bt handsfree from this brand. Was suspecting the whole time if they are pushing it thru various sales offers/ SM sales channels, still no idea how they succeed in reaching out so well.
