Mis selling by Kotak Bank

My sister went to kotak mahindra bank to close her kotak spendz account and to upgrade her 811 account to super811
But the branch staff created her kotak securities account without he consent and given the reason that transaction are very high in her account and to inhance the transaction limit he created this security account

Approach PNO and RNO
If not satisfied within 30days
Then go with RBI ombudsman scheme.
That's how the process is.

You should not directly complain to RBI ombudsman, first complain to PNO and if they don't resolve the issue then go to RBI ombudsman.
It means first approach RNO PNO and most probably the will close the account but the concern is why they created kotak security???
Don't leave them. Same thing happened to me for cc in axis Bank. As soon i complained to pno. I got a call from same girl to ask apology.

Gaon me rhata hai baaki to sb ko pta hai sbi wale kese treat krte hai
Upgradation 811 to super811 can be done offline?
Yes
OMBUDSMAN is the last , final , end resort .. if denied from there .. you can't contest .
So touch him only in dire condition .
As per my experience with kotak, Kotak 811 account can't be opened/upgraded thru branch.
My brother opened super 811 offline they visited the home and completed the process
