Millinia to regalia gold upgrade

Should I upgrade to regalia ltf? Or wait for better offer so I can get ltf Diners club black? And if I take this or discard this offer how will it affect my chances of DCB?

I never had HDFC credit card till now, but can now see Millenia LTF offer in netbanking? Should i apply for this?
Currently holding only sbi simplyclick
@pjain2712 I have both amazon icici and flipkart axis ltf so that would ideally cover all the perks from millennia. Icici Sapphiro has decent lounges so that also works out so taking regalia almost doesnt have much use for me but just wanted to know if I discard this offer will I get dcb 
Agree, one additional advantage of Milennia card is that you can get 15% off (10% Bank + 5% card cashback) sometimes whenever there is Bank offer on Amazon or Flipkart
-millenia 5% is far far better card then regalia /gold (some lounge)
-ubt with regalia ltf u can be sure that either it wil not upgrade or one day it WILL get upgraded to something big like DCB /infinia (i m holding that too in that hope)
-but better to aim for SBI cashabck (5% all),amex gold (7.7% for 1 year dm for refer ), amex smartearn 7.7% (selected merchant), amazon ICICI(5% amazon)
-millenia is for loosers who cant get above mentioed cards
I too am getting upgrade from Regalia LTF to Regalia Gold LTF.
I've no idea what happened to HDFC Bank that they're finally giving LTF upgrade to Regalia Gold because previous upgrades were for paid Regalia Gold.
Now I'm in a dilemma to go for Regalia Gold LTF upgrade or wait for HDFC Bank to offer DCB / Infinia upgrade, be it paid or LTF.
I also got the same offer but I am sticking to Milennia as I don't have much of travel spending
