CREDIT CARD -> Method to get 4th card in SBI Card's?

Hello Dimers,
I heard:
1) from customer care that some exceptional customers will get 4th and 5th and more cards possibility with SBI card's
2) the customer care executive told that 4th card will be offered only by phone invitation by sbi side..
Doubts I have:
1) but what are those exceptional requirements? and can't we apply 4th card using SBI Sprint portal??
2) Anyone holding 4th SBI Card and how you got it?
Please do elaborate your experience with SBI Card"s? Would be nice to have experience shared here to get more brainstorming method to get SBI card's more easily.

For more cards apply via agent kn c2c basis , high probability of approval from online applications
Btw jo 3 cards hai unpe each card par 3 add on aur apply karlo and ho gye aapke 3 cards ke 12 sbi cards 
ah but trouble for me is my family is kinda like they run away when they hear credit cards:P
They will lock their proofs if i asked them can i take addon card for you hahahahhahhaha
so hence why i am going all the trouble to get multiple cards xD
Btw i am thinking to get BPCL Octane card as 4th card in SBICard ecosystem
So can anyone confirm whether "SBI card BPCL" or "SBI card BPCL octane" reward points can be redeemed for vouchers?
because it can't be redeemed for statement credit only against BPCL fuel these reward points can be calimed
so can someone who hold SBI BPCL or SBI BPCL Octane card confirm whether can use their reward points to claim vouchers from sbi gift portal??
