Meesho fraud

I have ordered few items in meesho previously mostly my wife/mom things. But today I received a old dirty used jacket instead of mattress protector. I heard this in news but for the 1st time in a decade of online shopping I have experienced it. In Amazon it is 580 so ordered from meesho for 482rs. Return request raised but I have full doubt about return and refund. Anyone experienced the same? Anyway to get my money back?

Ordered multiple items from same seller on Meesho.
Received only 1 item. Meesho didn't accept the return or refund.
Ordered 2 qty from same seller. Seller sent only 1.Same thing, meesho didn't refund.
After that i kept the rule of single qty and never purchased multiple items from same seller.
To cope up with the loss, i ordered few items and returned something else, but still about 500 rs is lost.
Meesho is our old ebay.
Never got old/used items yet.

It's mostly the courier xpressbee is the culprit here. The package cover is sealed with some gap so the courier guy may be replaced, then they put double tape to cover the gap. It has 2 sealed tapes.

I've faced this similar issue for the 1st time on Meesho. In my case the courier service is Ecom express. The courier guy is a nice person. He made my return easy.
