.medicines ordered

Dear Sir / Ms., I had ordered medicines from PharmEasy. 2-3 days ago I got a call from customer care that my medicines are on the way. I told her that your customer reviews say bitter experience of your customer service. In some cases the proper quantity was even not shipped in some cases it was received in damaged condition. Thus I told her that I need to check that exact quantity of medi ine is received. We agreed that I will check the quantity in front of the delivery boy. This morning the delivery boy refused to open the package and check the quantity.
