Guys. I heard that 2% charges are levied above transactions worth 2000 rupees and above. I read it n confirmed the same from Here.
But local merchants are charging 2% on every UPI trnx via CC.

Yes Rupay On Upi, Not Only Paytm , Phonepe Gpay Etc Also Have Mdr Charges.
Big Shops Manually Turn Off Rupay On UPI From Their Upi App.
Small Shops/Street Food Allow Rupay On Upi Where Each Customer Payable Amount Is Less Than 2000rs.
