It’s a hit or miss platform I have purchased parts from them… Misfit products have been returned & refunded however there’s the loss of shipping fee in the whole transaction.
I wouldn’t agree or deny on fraud they’re just not super-friendly customer service.
On a closing note: You may order products from them, but only order those which are very much common (products you’re local repair centre stocks with ease) & market relevant devices (new & devices with easy part availiblity).
P.S: It’ll take a little longer for me to designate them fraud untill i become a victim… Untill then Trade with caution 
Why are they don’t show cancel option after ordered?
Definately Maxbhi.com fraud.
They don’t take responsibility if product damaged during Transit, Why?
Combo a bit damaged so I accept it without any hesitate but they send me different combo which totally useless for me.
Why you did not try to search the replacement parts in your local electronics market. Most of online sites which sale mobile parts/components, electronics components etc are operated mostly from Delhi Gafar market. These sites are poorly operated, no after sale support, replacement, no warranty on any products. Sometimes they deliberately ship you broken, damaged parts as they know customers cannot do complain because you automatically accepted their terms & conditions. If you complain, the seller will have excuse of no warranty /replacement once product is sold.
I live in Patna & most of electronics, mobiles are easily available in electronics mandi at whole sell price. Recently changed my Father Redmi 6A display which costed my 900Rs, the same is being sold online 1200~1500Rs+shipping extra. Also you have option to check the display at front. I do buy electronics spare parts online only if not available in local market.
Bro! We live at village and after lockdown local sellers charging double amount and I expected a better quality product from Maxbhi.com

So I created This post only for help to others dimers.
I also had a thought buying screen for my poco but after watching some YouTube videos and reading reviews on Quora I stayed away from it.
They are selling substandard and underperforming ordinary products by describing them as high quality products at 1.5 to 2 times high rates compared to local market rate. Hard to get it replaced or to get refund if we are not satisfied.
Totally fraud and cheating game 👎👎👎
I am the latest victim of this fraudulent company. They asked me to send the Honor 8 Pro screen back to them (which I had bought from them) as a replacement. When they received it, they said that I had damaged it and hence I will not get any refund or replacement. It was all good and intact. I even think they sent me pics of another piece and not the one I returned. I lost my money and even had to pay the additional courier charges. Never buy from Maxbhi. It is a fraud company!
Any contemplation about approaching the authorities or having them investigated by the law enforcement agencies?
I had faced fraud too with maxbhi .. They escape with fraud because I think nobody has gone to consumer forum or reported them to law enforcement agencies.
