Malabar gold coin authenticity, bought from Amazon
Like many of you might have, I bought a Malabar gold coin from Amazon following a deal https://ddime.i...K9.
I received the coin today, however
1. Only Amazon invoice is included, no invoice from Malabar jeweller.
2. Coin wrapper by Malabar doesn't have any identification mark printed, only Malabar Kozhikode address is printed.
Considering the above I wanted to check with you all about whether such gold coins purchased online are authentic or not.
Please chime in your thoughts, I am not regular at buying gold coins so please guide me about my query.
Thanks a ton...

And? Just ask them to authenticate gold coins bought online?
Invest at the start of the month.
Was there no purity certificate either?
strange, i never bought from malabar though . But All coins which i bought online have purity certificate. so, had no issues while exchanging in jewelry stores.
you can go to nearby gold store and ask them to check for purity..
hmm i am new to this gold coin purchase online, Gauravmittal49589 I only recommend purchasing gold coins from retail shops directly with required certificate's OR FROM OFFICAL WEBSITE OF THE RETAIL GOLD SHOP CHAIN not recommended to buy from amazon,
since amazon has 3rd party sellers but sometimes gives a visual of "sold by brand" using the tag "from brand" so have to double check every time
hmm ..... how about asking/request amazon support in chat, requesting "certificate of purity" claiming it as missing in the purchase
Not sure this purity certificate is mandatory, so the seller might claim optional, but still ask amazon support first about this purity certificate (and decide on how it goes)
Bhai, please goto a nearby Malabar store.
